Our rosé cider is the perfect blend of fresh, crisp apples delicately combined with that subtle, moreish taste of rosé wine. We ferment our locally sourced, Victorian apples and ferment them with our trademark combination of Shiraz and Pinot grapes. This results in a beautifully crisp cider with a gentle stream of bubbles and a dry finish. And the gorgeous blush pink colour looks stunning in our elegant, stemless wine glasses.
