This pear and apple cider proves once again that cider is the king of Coldstream Brewery’s beverage lineup. Before the growth of the cider industry in Australia, the beautiful juicing fruits that are used were often given away as stockfeed. Even worse, some farmers were forced to pay for the fruits to be sent to landfill. Coldstream Brewery wanted to change that, which is why only premium juicing pears and apples from local Victorian apple and pear suppliers are used which helps decrease food wastage, and the growth in landfill issues whilst supporting local farmers.
