Hops, hops, hops.
The IPA is a love song to the New World American hop varieties. This brew is stacked with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Cascade. The kettle (and the budget!) has been maxed-out with prime quality hops to showcase the aromas and flavours of this brew.
Intense tropical, citrus, pine, floral. Substantial malt backbone without being overpowering, and a hint of caramel sweetness.
Citrus and pine hop oils coat the tongue. The bitterness is unapologetic, and the perfect counterpoint to a substantial malt flavour – combining to support the intense hoppiness.
Medium-body with a firm bitterness that lingers a little after a sip.
