The Story
Made from 100% Victorian apples, this cider is pure goodness – no concentrates or powders here.
The apples are crushed and then cold fermented – essentially, the magical process of turning apples into alcohol happens in the cold – giving this cider its delightful fizz.
It is finished by going through a filter process which leaves the Coldstream Cider crystal clear.

Apple Cider
A light, straw-coloured, medium-dry cider that has been cold pressed from the juice of local Yarra Valley apples using a traditional ‘rack & cloth’ cider press. Naturally gluten-free and vegan.
Pear and Apple Cider
A medium-sweet style cider, loaded with real pear character, light in the mouth, sparkling, with a clean moreish finish. Made with a mixture of pears and apples so it’s nice and easy to drink. Naturally gluten-free and vegan.
Mojo Cider
With apple, lime and mint, it’s a celebration of summer, and a twist on the refreshing flavours of Cuba’s classic Mojito.

Rosé Cider
Fresh apple juice fermented with a blend of shiraz and pinot grapes to produce a beautifully sweet, crisp cider with a gentle stream of bubbles and a dry finish.
