Spiced Calamari + Coldstream Pale Ale
Light, crisp and full of flavour, our Pale Ale pairs beautifully with our hand cut calamari. An easy, crowd-pleasing choice.
Nachos + Chilli Mango Margarita
If you’re in the mood for something a little different, our chilli mango marg is a fun match for our nachos. The sweetness and slight heat compliment the melted cheese, salsa and all the toppings, perfect for a relaxed Back Bar session.
Tempura Cauliflower + Coldstream Apple, Mint & Lime Cider
Fresh, bright and super refreshing, the Apple, Mint & Lime Cider is a great match for crispy cauliflower.
Chicken Taco + Coldstream Pale Ale or Pilsner
You can’t go wrong pairing our Pale Ale with our chicken tacos. The Chicken Bites are marinated in our own Pilsner and buttermilk, it’s an obvious pairing for a reason. Fresh, flavour-packed and perfect for a long lunch or casual dinner.
Pork Bao Buns + Coldstream Apple, Mint & Lime Cider
Another perfecting pair, our slow-roasted pork belly is marinated in Coldstream Apple, Mint & Lime Cider and sipping it alongside the Boa Buns just makes sense. Fresh, lightly sweet and great at balancing the richness of the pork.

Whether you choose to pair a classic parma with our Lager to keep things crisp and clean or want to try our pulled pork parma with an Apple cider for something a little different, there is a pairing for everyone.
Burgers + Coldstream Golden Ale, IPA or Cider

Margherita or Mediterranean pizza + Coldstream Pilsner
If you’re keeping things classic, this combination is crisp, clean and easy. Perfect for a long lunch or sunny afternoon session.
Pear & Prosciutto Pizza + Coldstream Rosé Cider
A perfect balance between sweet and savoury this combination is light and refreshing.
Maple Bacon or BBQ Meat Lover Pizza + Coldstream Golden Ale or Coldstream IPA
These are great options for those after something a little meatier. Porterhouse + Coldstream Pear & Apple Cider or IPA
If you can’t go past a steak, our IPA and Ciders both pair beautiful with our 150 day grassfed porterhouse, freshly hand cut by our chefs and cooked to your liking.
Scotch Fillet + Coldstream Apple Crumble Cider or Pilsner
Our scotch fillet steak, also grassfed for 150 days and freshly hand cut by our chefs, cooked to your liking, pairs well with our signature Apple Crumble Cider or Pilsner.
Ribs + Pear & Apple Cider
Our 12-hour oven slow-roasted pork spare ribs come with your choice of smoky BBQ or our chef’s special hellfire chilli sauce. If you choose smoky BBQ, we recommend Apple, Mint & Lime Cider. If you go for the hellfire chilli sauce, we recommend either our Apple Cider, IPA, or Golden Ale.
Small Batch Beers & Staff Picks
If you like trying something a little different, keep an eye on what’s pouring in the Back Bar. Our team regularly brews small batch beers on site using our micro brew kit and these limited releases are made to be enjoyed alongside the menu.
