A delicious golden ale brewed with premium quality English winter barley and delicately hopped with the two classic aroma varieties, Fuggles and East Kent Goldings.

This traditional ale pours with a beautiful creamy head and exhibits a full-bodied maltiness with a bouquet of fruit salad, which yields to a gentle bitter finish.

A refreshing pale straw-coloured premium strength dry cider, hand crafted from the juice of local Yarra Valley apples, using a traditional “rack & cloth” cider press.

Fermentation is conducted at low temperature followed by long cold conditioning to ensure a delightful crisp apple character with subtle spicy notes.

A very pale thirst quenching ale brewed with a unique infusion of European hops & freshly picked Tasmanian Elderflowers. A small addition of flaked rice helps to achieve a delicate malt palate, against which the fragrant elderflowers can exert their subtle tropical fruit & citrus character.

Generous hopping ensures the initial sweetness dries to a crisp, floral ale, adding to the overall refreshing effect of this beer.

Coldstream Autumn Porter (4.8%)

A smooth, creamy dark ale with a rich roasted-malt character. A blend of several dark malts gives this beer a complexity & depth of flavour, combining coffee and dark burnt toast tones, enhanced by late hopping with a heavy charge of aroma hops.  Now available in stubbies.

Chocolate Winter Ale (5.1%)Back from the 1st of JUNE 2012

A deep reddish-brown winter ale brewed from UK winter barley, a variety of crystals, chocolate malt and the finest hand-made chocolate.  The addition of Kennedy & Wilson 99% Coverture with its deep complex earthy flavours and mild acidity gives the beer a unique aroma and a subtle chocolate character on the palate.

This Medium-bodied winter warmer has a smooth velvety mouth-feel & a clean bitterness resulting from a generous charge of English Wye Challenger hops, finishing dry with a lingering cocoa palate.
