Coldstream Pilsner

A European-style lager that is crisp, fresh and aromatic. Generous hopping gives a pleasant bitterness, providing a lovely clean finish.

It is brewed using a traditional lagering process involving cool fermenatation and long conditioning over several weeks at a very low temperature. (4.5% ABV)

Coldstream Cider

A refreshing medium-dry sparkling cider (6-7% ABV), hand-crafted from local Yarra Valley apples using a traditional rack and cloth cider press. Cool fermentation of the resulting juice, followed by cold filtration ensures the crisp apple character is retained and in the glass, this pale straw coloured cider exhibits very fine bubble & mousse retention.

For a truly refreshing experience, enjoy Coldstream Cider served over ice, in the fashion made popular during the hot English summer of 2006.

Coldstream Naked Ale

A delicious golden ale brewed with premium quality English malting barley and delightfully hopped with the two classic aroma varieties, Fuggles and East Kent Goldings. (4.8% ABV)

This traditional ale pours with a beautiful creamy head and exhibits a full-bodied maltiness that yields to a gentle bitter finish.

Coldstream Seasonal Beer

A light, refreshing pale golden ale “Kolsh Style”, brewed for the summer months from pale malt & a small amount of flaked rice. A “late-hop” addition that includes a quantity of Tasmanian-grown elderflowers provides the beer with a delicate floral nose & a hint of earthy, floral sweetness on the palate.
