Stuart Benson

Is a Dynamic young Chef who spent several years working in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne before honing his skills in London. We are excited to have Stuart on board as Head Chef leading an enthusiastic young team at the Brewery. Stuart has skillfully incorporated our beer and cider into our new seasonal menu with a strong focus on local Yarra Valley produce.
