Alan Harding

Starting out as an avid home brewer, Alan worked closely alongside UK master brewer Rod Williams for 12 months, gaining a wealth of knowledge and honing & fine tuning his skills as an outstanding up and coming brewer, to now have the reins and be consistently producing amazing beer. After a many years working as a chef, Alan also uses his skills in the kitchen one day a week.
